Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Goa and Relaxed Evening

Arrive in Goa and meet our representative at the airport or railway station.

You will be transferred to your hotel in North Goa, Panjim, Porvorim, Candolim or a nearby suitable area. After check in, take some time to rest and settle in.

The first evening is kept light so you can enjoy Goa without rushing. Depending on your hotel location, you can visit a nearby café, enjoy a local Goan dinner, explore a market or take a peaceful beachside walk.

During monsoon, the sea can be rough, so beach time is planned only for views, photos and relaxed walks from a safe distance. Sea swimming and beach activities are not included.

Overnight stay in North Goa or Panjim.

Day 2: Panjim, Fontainhas and Old Goa Heritage

Wake up to breakfast at the hotel.

Today, you will explore Goa’s heritage and cultural side. Start with Fontainhas, the famous Latin Quarter of Panjim. Walk through colourful Portuguese style lanes, old homes, pretty balconies, cafés, bakeries and quiet corners that feel even more beautiful during the rains.

You can stop for coffee, try local snacks, visit small shops or spend time around Panjim market.

Later, visit Old Goa and explore the Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. These heritage landmarks are among the most important cultural sites in Goa and give you a deeper understanding of the state’s history and architecture.

In the evening, return to your hotel and relax. Guests who want to add Mandovi River cruise, casino, nightlife or a special dinner can ask our team to check live availability for that day. These experiences are not fixed inclusions during monsoon.

Overnight stay in North Goa or Panjim.

Day 3: Spice Plantation, Optional Temple Visit and Transfer to South Goa

Enjoy breakfast and check out from your hotel.

Today, you will travel towards the greener interior side of Goa. Visit a spice plantation near Ponda and enjoy a guided walk through the plantation. You can learn about local spices, plants, farming traditions and Goan flavours.

A traditional Goan lunch will be included at the spice plantation or a suitable local place based on availability.

If you are interested in Goa’s spiritual side, you can also visit Shri Mangueshi Temple or Shri Shantadurga Temple on this route. This temple visit will be planned based on guest preference, timing and route comfort.

After the experience, continue your scenic drive towards South Goa. Check in to your resort around Benaulim, Varca, Cavelossim, Colva or another suitable South Goa location.

Spend the evening at leisure. You can relax at the resort, enjoy the pool area if available, go for a peaceful beach walk or have dinner at the resort.

Day 4: South Goa Villages, Scenic Views and Cabo de Rama

Wake up to a relaxed breakfast at the resort.

Today is planned as a slow South Goa experience. You will drive through peaceful villages, coconut lined roads, green monsoon landscapes and quiet coastal areas.

If the weather is suitable, visit Cabo de Rama Fort, one of the most beautiful coastal viewpoints in South Goa. During monsoon, the coastline looks dramatic and the surrounding landscape feels fresh and green. Guests should avoid slippery edges, rocks and restricted areas, especially during rain.

Later, you can explore nearby South Goa viewpoints, cafés and calm beach areas around Benaulim, Varca, Cavelossim, Colva or Palolem side depending on your stay location and route conditions.

If it rains heavily, the plan will be adjusted to keep the day comfortable. The sightseeing can be changed to cafés, local markets, indoor experiences, resort time or a relaxed food experience.

In the evening, return to your resort and enjoy a peaceful final night in South Goa.

Day 5: Leisure Morning and Departure

Enjoy a slow breakfast at the resort.

Depending on your departure time, you can spend the morning at leisure. You may relax at the resort, take one final beach walk from a safe distance, enjoy a café nearby or explore a local market for cashews, spices and souvenirs.

Later, check out and proceed for your airport or railway station transfer.

Cabo de Rama is included only if weather conditions are suitable. During heavy rain, the area can become slippery, so our team may adjust the plan for safety and comfort.

No, beach water sports are not included during monsoon. Activities like jet ski, parasailing, banana ride, scuba diving, snorkelling, dolphin trips and island trips are usually not suitable during the rainy season.

No, Mandovi Cruise is not included as a fixed activity. It can be added only if it is operational and suitable on your travel date.

Yes, kayaking or rafting can be added only after checking live availability, weather, operator confirmation and guest eligibility. These activities are not guaranteed during monsoon.

Dudhsagar can be checked as an optional experience only if official access, permissions, guide availability and weather conditions are suitable. It is not part of the fixed itinerary.

If it rains heavily, outdoor sightseeing will be adjusted. The plan can shift to cafés, markets, indoor experiences, heritage areas, resort time or food experiences wherever possible.

Yes, South Goa is beautiful in monsoon for travellers who enjoy peace, greenery, beach walks, resort stays and scenic drives. It is not ideal for people looking only for parties, water sports or crowded beach activities.
